Human resources management program of the Research Center of Biotechnology RAS is based on the concept of scientific and educational activities, including the strategy of cooperation with universities for selection, recruitment and practical training in research institutions:
Scientists of the Research Center of Biotechnology RAS participate in the organization and holding of the All-Russian forum for young scientists “Step into the future”.
Selection of undergraduate students to perform graduate works in laboratories of the research institution and master’s thesis research at specialized departments.
Educational project “Talents for Bioengineering” (implemented since 2004). The aim of the project is to select promising undergraduates from regional universities through a system of distance workshops and youth school conferences and integrate them into research activities. Students, bachelors, and masters of the Moscow and regional universities have an opportunity to perform their research work in laboratories of the Research Center of Biotechnology RAS.
Master’s degree at specialized departments and in research institution: the Research Center of Biotechnology RAS has all the necessary material and equipment, as well as highly skilled staff for the successful implementation of master courses. In order to integrate young scientists in research activities, the Research Center of Biotechnology RAS enhance the teaching activities at Moscow universities (M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, Russian State Agrarian University−Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy).
The Research Center of Biotechnology RAS has full-time postgraduate courses in the field of biology comprising five programs (biotechnology, including bionanotechnology; biochemistry; molecular biology; microbiology; mathematical biology; bioinformatics).
In order to improve professional skills of teachers and researchers from regional universities and institutions it is planned to develop additional vocational training, including work experience and internships.

Organization of competitions and conferences for young scientists.
Distance learning technologies are used for all levels of trainings.
